Warwick, Rhode Island, October 4, 2023 – Venning today announced that Dittmar McNeil & Varone, CPAs, Inc. of Warwick, Rhode Island (DMV), has merged into Venning. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

DMV’s Warwick office and staff members have become part of Venning’s New England region.
